Who we are
Noumrou (“we”, “us”) provides a digital queue management service for restaurants and similar businesses, including staff tools and customer order tracking. For privacy questions, contact support@noumrou.com.
Data we collect
We may collect: (1) staff account data such as name, email, and authentication details (including when you sign in with Google); (2) restaurant profile data such as establishment name, type, address, and uploaded images; (3) queue data such as sessions, order numbers, and order status history; (4) limited customer interaction data when someone tracks an order (for example session and ticket identifiers); and (5) technical usage data needed to operate the service (such as session cookies and locale preference).
How we use data
We use this information to provide and improve Noumrou: run queues, show live tracking, authenticate staff, personalize the customer page with your branding, analyze session performance for your account, and communicate about the service when needed.
Processors
We rely on infrastructure and auth providers to run Noumrou, including Supabase (database, authentication, and related services), Vercel (hosting), and Google (optional OAuth sign-in). These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service under their respective terms and privacy policies.
Retention
We retain account, restaurant, and queue data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting support@noumrou.com.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you. Staff users can update some profile information in the product. For other requests, email support@noumrou.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Cookies and local storage
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication sessions and to remember your language preference (locale). These are necessary for the product to work as expected; we do not use them to sell your data.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal data. Customer-facing surfaces may show advertising as described in our product messaging; that does not mean we sell your personal information to third parties.
