Acceptance

By accessing or using Noumrou, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. For questions, contact support@noumrou.com.

The service

Noumrou is a queue management tool for businesses (staff dashboards, sessions, and tickets) and a customer tracking experience via QR codes and web pages. Features may change during beta and over time.

Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for your account credentials, for activity under your account, and for ensuring staff use the service lawfully. You must provide accurate restaurant information and keep it reasonably up to date.

Restaurant content and customer numbers

You retain rights to your restaurant branding and content you upload. You are responsible for the order numbers and queue practices you operate. Customers use tracking features based on information you or your staff provide; Noumrou does not guarantee every customer interaction.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse Noumrou, attempt to disrupt the service, access data that is not yours, reverse engineer the product except where allowed by law, or use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

Availability

Noumrou is provided “as is” and “as available.” We aim for reliable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, especially during beta.

Intellectual property

Noumrou, its name, branding, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not grant you rights to copy or redistribute the product beyond what is needed to use the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noumrou and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim (if any) or zero for free beta use.

Termination

You may stop using Noumrou at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we need to protect the service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including liability limits) will survive termination.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Noumrou evolves. We will post the updated version with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts in Tunisia have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
